This laboratory studies social informatics. Especially we work on user behavior and their psychological features in social media and application of the results to social media marketing. Social media as represented by Twitter, Facebook and Instagram consists of various kinds of data like documents, pictures, links, comments, tags, ratings, social relationships, and so on. These data can be seen as footprints of many people on social media. The deep analysis of the relationships among these data yields a new scientific frontier not only to computer science but also to social science and business administration.
